I researched this token and found it was distributed to people associated with the New York State lottery. They were minted in polished copper. The example displayed looked like very faded copper and it did not contain the words "please play responsibly". This is the size of a silver dollar and made of aluminum.
I bought a lottery ticket once and feel I am associated with the lottery, but I had to dig to get mine! :BangHead: Thanks for looking.

I hope it wasn’t deep. I hate the deep let-downs. I’ll bet it sounded really good and blew your ears off. Beats a beer can I guess. Thanks for posting

It was in that dead grass zone between the green and the dirt. MXSport said it was a dollar. I kinda knew better, but hey, you never know.

I know about the "know better factor" but just about tha time you say I know better it'll be something good. :laughing7: That's what make this a fascinating sport.
