My wife's best friend owns a Bridle shop in town, 10x10 yard sidewalk 10x10 yard. I really wasn't excepting to much, boy was I wrong. First day hunting for 1 1/2 hours I found 2 Barber Quarters 1901,1899, V Nickle 1910 , old ring and a couple wheat penny's. the wheat's were in the teens. BHGJ8835.JPG CCZV1372.JPG I went back a couple days later for an hour and found another V Nickle and IHP clay marble and Tie Pin. Just shows not all treasures are in the big houses!!

It’s funny. Sometimes you see a nice big fancy old house and think there should be some good stuff there and you end up with almost nothing. Then you go to a dinky little house with a tiny yard and expect nothing and find all kinds of goodies.

The moral is, detect anywhere you can get permission and hope for the best. If you dig enough places you will find something good sooner or later.

Congratulations on some nice finds. Keep swingin and cover every inch of that nice little yard.

What wonderful finds. Such a small space. Someone must have been diggin in their pockets. Wouldn't you just love to hear the story behind it?

Congrats on some excellent coins and relics. Some of my best hunting days, have been in little patches of dirt. Never write off a place because of its size.
