Hello. My son found an old horseshoe buried in the ground on our property. It looks really old, but I don't have expertise in this area. It was in North Texas. About 25 miles South of the Red River. 20191116_141002.jpg 20191116_140949.jpg

It is really difficult to date a horseshoe, but yours has hand cut fullers and has obviously been in the ground for quite a while.

I'm no expert either, but yours resembles a mule shoe, which are a different shape from the standard horseshoes of old...Cheers, Sub 8-)
