    Before I opened your post I was imagining you had found the slightly more common variety, then I saw you had actually dug a Liberty cap version I was awestruck!
    What a fantastic button! I can't say which I would like to dig more, the Liberty cap snake button or a GW. I am leaning towards this button.

    Is it "Left photo->cleaned button"...."Right photo -> as dug button compared to book example"?

    If so what did you use to clean it?
    Not familiar with these type buttons, but it must be rare. What did you find?
