At the very end of the hunt with the XP Deus HF Elliptical coil I dug this large brass disc. At the time I thought that it could be an old coin weight? But I wasn’t sure and I’m still not sure? After cleaning it some markings were revealed and it appears to have some age to it. It weighs exactly 2.0 oz. Other finds of the hunt included a nice piece of colonial shoe buckle frame and an ornate fancy button. If anyone has any information about the large brass disc please comment. Enjoy

I'm thinking a scale weight of some sort? But we will see if anyone else can add more insight?

I like that ornate button. That site seems like a money site. I'm sure it wants to give more!!!

Congrats on the great finds! The button is fantastic. The buckle must have been quite a showpiece in it's day. Great site!
