Today I found a spent .223 Remington cartridge case about 4 inches down. It wouldn't so alarming other than the fact I found it in the middle of the grass lawn of the city park! My only conclusion is it was probably shot elsewhere and somehow dropped in the park a long time ago to be this deep underground. Goes to show you never know what you will find.
