It took a few years but I finally dug a CW buckle. I also dug a CW artillary sabot, a Rifleman button, a few 3 ringers, a Williams Cleaner and to top it off a WW1 artillary fuse timer. This permission has some serious history! Its the same place I dug the George Washington mourning button and other Colonial relics.

Big congrats on your first buckle! A feeling you will never forget and it's a very nice one in great shape! That rifleman button is a killer find as well. And the WWII fuse timer is too cool. Do you think that was lost during the maneuvers? They played war all around my area here in middle TN and we luck up on some neat WWII relics. Nicely done!

Thats the 3rd WW1 artillary timer ive dug in that area. They did training during WW1 and the base is still there today.

Congrats on a fine looking Union belt plate. You can't hope for better condition than that. The rifleman's button is a sweet find as well.
