That is definitely one of the nicest bottles that's been on this site in a very long time.
If I was you, I would make darn sure that you keep it in a very protected location.
Wrap the crap out of it.
And if you do decide to clean, do so in a plastic tub, NOT your kitchen sink.
I don't know much about San Fran bottles, except that many are crazy rare.
Killer, killer find, and like others have said, go back and really search the area.
    Kudos!
    Carl
And please, if you take more photos, don't be doing it on that wooded railing!

Here are some sites to really get your blood flowing.

    https://www.oldwestbottles.com
    https://www.antiquetrader.com/auctio...ing-to-auction
    https://www.antiquetrader.com/auctio...-past-estimate
    Western Bottle News

Also, you should post it on any other bottle sites that you can.

    https://www.antique-bottles.net/

    More info, the better
Like others have said, go back.
You said it was a graded area, will you have a chance to dig?
you said that you were kinda new to the whole bottle digging experience,
look for any areas that might have a accumulation of glass shards, charcoal, trash, etc.
Believe it or not, shards of the bottle you found can be worth $$.
    If they included embossing.
I was lucky years ago to dig two real nice bottles in one day, (not even close to the value of yours), and like you,
I had no idea of the rarity of either. One was the second known to exist.
Again, congrates on a fantastic find!
    Carl
Add on, this video says it's actually an 1870's.
Your bottle just gets better and better!
