I believe you mean Machin's Mills. No it isn't, yours appears to be one of the more common British made counterfeit coins.

I agree, British counterfeit. Machin's Mills will have little denticles around the rim.

For what it's worth, I see small denticles around the rim.
Now that you mention it....
But I'm not enough of an expert to say for sure.

Notice the distinctive rounded face of the Machin's that Steve posted. Also Brittania's shield has outlined bars on the original posters coin, Machin's coins never had this. There is only one Machin's 1775 reverse die, the one Steve pictured, and look at how much different the spacing of the letters are. Many, many differences, definitely not a Machin's.
