Got out yesterday and hinted an 1883 farm house with bladerunner2019. He found a silver merc and I scored a 1904 Indian head penny, a 1800s flat button and a three ringer. The three ringer was not white as others I had found. Someone told me that they are still used from time to time by people. I did not no that. The home owner was super cool and said we could come back and hunt the woods. Apparently there were several log cabins there. I gave the home owner my finds so I only got a pic of the IHP.
Today we detected an old apartment complex that is gonna be taken down soon. Bladerunner2019 found another merc. Someone had beaten us to this spot as there were obvious signs. We went over the time allotted by my baby momma and I’m glad we did.... on the last hole I dug out popped this 1943 half dollar. Hopefully we can get back there before them guys dig up the rest of the good stuff. 622757F9-4EBE-4DD3-B6DB-8D66E8310871.jpeg 53381579-371F-465B-A1DA-8B9D137B6FBA.jpeg 3605A532-5037-47AA-ABC0-6E72CB21ACA1.jpeg

Definitely true. My step father still casts them out of lead and we use them for traditional flintlock muzzle-loader Whitetail Deer hunting here in Pennsylvania.

Nice job on the Walker even though you weren't the first to the spot!

Thanks. They hit it hard but they didn’t cover the whole place. We are gonna try to clean it out before they get back. Still some ground to cover.

That’s right! One of them is pretty good. He puts the ground back nice and the iffy targets I dug around his holes were all clad or junk. The other guy dug way more holes per area and put em back horribly.
The plan is to pick at it this week if we can and hit it hard our first day off.
