Another adventure in the watershed produced more relics. First item dug was this Sargent & Co. padlock (c. 1850).
IMG_8258.JPG IMG_8257.JPG Keyhole cover plate and shape of keyhole plate appear to be one of the earlier Sargent locks.

Other objects shown include collar stud (flattened), flat button, harmonica reeds, personalized belt buckle with script initial, IMG_8250.JPG IMG_8251.JPG
(Anyone know what script letter this is?

horse tack rivets, and a silver fish that was tacked to something and included an attached rod.

An early 20th century lamp grill has a symbol I am unfamiliar with. IMG_8259.JPG

Nice finds! Off-hand, the belt buckle kind of looks "Old English" style? And the bottom piece looks similar to a Nash automobile emblem?
