Yeah, I've gotten lots of coins attached to rocks and shells. This is one of my favorites attached to a fishing weight. It made one heck of a signal! I just had to clean it a little to see what coin it was. 1945 Washington quarter. I decided I liked it better keeping it on the sinker. :icon_thumleft:
I get a lot of zinc pennies when Im down in Fla. stuck to rocks and coral - those suck cause a lot of times I end up throwing them back if i dont see the coin and then have to search again

CASPER-2, that coin with the 'sea debris' stuck to it...reminds me of a 'carrier shell'.

Ugly franklin half

Burn damaged worn slick Franklin half stuck to a 1971 Mexico 1 peso (clad).

Back in February, these 2 uglies were dug in a burn pile spill just a black and green blob of stuff stuck to them, had to whack between 2 boards, then pry apart. Huge signal on the Nox 800 too (ID 33), only 2" deep.
