Silver plated spoon!

Yes indeedy, “Avon Silver Plate” was a trademark of the International Silver Company… of which the Rogers Cutlery Company was part. That particular pattern was used both by Rogers and under the generic ISC umbrella. The pattern itself was known as “Avon 1940”. Having been first introduced in that year.
