I would love to hit the Yuba in the area right before it meets the Colorado. After reading the book "Blood Meridian" i did a little research on the area and it looks promising for Indian artifacts and maybe coinage (cache).

You must have the wrong river, the Yuba in ca. runs in to the SF Bay.
