Hello again Folks, found this yesterday at a local park. Looks like a button. Definitely silver and very ornate with a coat of arms. Seems like it would've been a button by he broken shank. Can you guys help?

Or some type of decoration for a cane or other luxury object. Ressembles a bit the chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Maybe featuring an old Spanish coat of arms. But the object is relatively modern, not more than 100 years old

You can see the golden fleece at the very bottom. Indicates Austrian or Spanish coat of arms. Gary
