    Unknown eagle button

Found this in my last hunt. I believe itís copper and a button. Seems to be a one piece. Does anyone know if itís military or civilian? 15 stars with the different border. Canít seem to find any examples online or in the Albert book. Thanks in advance. Click image for larger version.

I'm thinking that it is a Jacksonian button (1820-30s) but, I'm not an authority of buttons. It is a cool find though.

Thanks All for the replies. I'll write that dude an email and I'm guessing its probably a civilian button.
