Beach find

I found this on the beach an odd week ago. Only the second silver coin I’ve ever found and the best for that matter. 1857 Seated Liberty San Francisco mint Half dollar and the other was a dime of the same vintage. Hit a solid 36 on the Nox as I was madly scooping dodging waves.

That’s your second silver coin found? ...man, I gotta move... been pounding the ground here for 5 years and haven’t found a coin pre-1860s.

Great find! Not too sure that you found it in California. I've been hitting the beaches in my area pretty hard. Nothing but lead sinkers and clad...we need a storm bad!
