After about eight nothing haunts I finally got on a 1903 Barber dime and a marble my last silver was that 1809 8 reales So the silver dime was very much needed. I got permission to go to an old plantation Inn New Orleans that goes back to 1762 so we will see what happens God bless the USA
I love oddities too I found a 1965 Quarter with a hole in it

I was wondering where you went as I haven’t seen a new post for a bit. That’s great on the silver. Good luck on the 1762 plantation hunt

Love the verdigris on the quarter, the fact that it's holed makes it an interesting find.

Nice finds Truth. I've been in a very bad silver slump myself.

Man it’s hard to say this without feeling a little guilt but I haven’t found silver since I found that banner eight reales LOL a metal detect a lot and I come home empty a lot lots trash. But man it felt good for finding that barber dime that’s what’s crazy about this damn hobby

Every time I go to detecting I had to pay five dollars to cross the longest over the water bridge in the world which separates me from New Orleans look it up the Causeway, Bridge

Once upon a time when coin operated video games were new, think full-size Pac-Man upright. You could drill a hole in a quarter. Use strong thread or fishing line and convince that single quarter to give you many credits on the video game. Then they invented string cutters that were installed inside the coin mechanism. Just saying!
