First gold ever after 20 minutes with the Simplex+ sp24 coil.
Left for work a little early to pick up the sp24 coil and wound up with about 20 minutes to kill before my shift. I was eager to test it out so I stopped at a park on my way and got to sweeping. I found two aluminum balls and this 10k gold ring with a hopefully authentic ruby and 14 small diamonds all still in place. Not too bad. (I’m guessing these pictures won’t be oriented correctly when I post them. Still haven’t figured it out.)

With the makers marks inside I would look up who made it.

I've searched and can't find anything that looks similar. Do you have any recommendations on how to find it? It looks older the more I look at it.

The best close-up I could get with my digital microscope (any help with the hallmark would be greatly appreciated):

Way to go! Love my Simplex + and got the SP24 coil a few months ago. Haven't taken it off yet. Thanks for sharing.

It is to hard for me to see but you could check with a jeweler to see if they have a hallmarks database.
