Based upon its “look” as well as the age of some of the other finds at the site I would agree mid-late 18th century.

Based on the size and material, I'm even more sure you have a cufflink there. And probably 18th century

I just want to say thank you to everyone who voted banner! Its my first Banner ever and i was so stoked to see the gold button on the banner! Made my day! 
Also thanks to everyone for helping me determine it was a cufflink!
I spent another 6 hours in the field looking for the other one to no avail. Theres still a lot of ground to cover so im hoping its out there.
