Just that it's Probably a Generic Locking Gas Cap

looks like the Type that were around here in the 70's

close, bot not exact match

If you Can, Flip it over and Check it for Size against Your Cars Cap.
If it is larger then yours It's From before they got rid of Leaded gas
pre-1976

In the US, lead began to be phased out starting in 1976
so the smaller caps would have been manufactured for newer vehicles

looks like a zinc anode for my boat that corrodes on purpose saving the aluminum hull from electrolysis, Pitting looks exactly the same. They usually have a bolt going thru the center area to attach it
