old mine town hunt

went out with the club this weekend about a 5 hr drive each way
other than the fun of getting out of the city, the hunt was for the most part a bust.
as I found the only coin, whats not saying much.
my guess is the members that got the OK to hunt the place hit it good and hard
before the rest of us members were invited out.

one member that set up the hunt was like you just need to look in the right spot
I did ask share the wealth " information" he just grinned and walked off.

just a bit of a let down for 10 hours of driving

to boot my Digital camera took a dive. the zoom quit working. so bless the best buy warranty
got a choice between a Nikon 8700 or a Olympus 8080 replacement as they do not carry my Fuji s7000 Any longer.. Any suggestions on what to pick?

Shame ya didn't find more, but like you said, at least you were able to get out of the city...
The old lock is a pretty neat find, so I wouldn't call it a total loss...
