we got out today first we went to the next town over, seen they had dug up some ground for new underground electric lines at the county couthouse 
was there for about an hour or so and found just the normal clad. A couple bucks so it wasnt so bad then decided to head back to our hometown about 14 mile away, we stopped at home then went uptown about a mile at the high school, the pics are of the courthouse didnt get any of the highschool cause while we was hunting Barney Fife happened to stop by with lights and all to tell me to cease and desist ! i said isnt this public property ? he said no its private and i cant hunt at the park, or along the river in town cause of army corp of engineers archie stuff also ! I said i thought this high school was public property? He told me no it was private ! i know its public but i didnt say much since it seemed he was looking for a reason to get worked up over. i asked him where i could metaldetect and he said my own property or the woods ! He took my info and called it in to check me out he is kinda new and all the other police told us to detect there and around the police staion if we wanted hummmm. Well i didnt say much as he was asking if that was my truck and looking it over at the same time figured he'd come up with something if i said much, so today we found $4.86 in clad and wife found a nice 1944 wheatie and a locket with a pic in it that we cant make much out of 
and since the wife knows the mayor (who is a female friend of hers ) we are going to pay a visit to her monday at her office 8) thanks for looking and wish us luck !

Must be a power thing? Maybe the mayor will help rid him of that chip!
