strange quarters

I found what looked like 33 quarters at school thur eve . after getting them home and cleaning , discovered seven were tokens (?) of some kind..... date on bottom 1994 thru 1999 . on top around rim marked , no child left behind . in center a likeness of porky pig . probably something to do with one of these govt programs . i live in a welfare supported town !!!! our biggest tourist attraction is our welfare office...second largest in state of ms ! i operate in stone age , don`t have camera ,so cain`t post photo . might try one in slot machine of local casino . they are the same weight of a quarter . what do i have ?

Can't realy help with the Tokens, other then to Suppose,

Maby givin out to Kids who read a book for school.

not sure about the tokens, but it wouldve been cool if they all was silver quarters. keep on digging !!!!
