found this in the afternoon while in some woods at local park. i have only been detecting for several months but have already found v nickels,mercs , indian head pennys and now this.

I FOUND THIS COIN IN THE WOODS AT A PARK IN RI. IT WAS ABOUT 3.5 INCHES DOWN AND SLIGHTLY UNDER A LARGE ROOT. I ALSO FOUND TONS OF CLAD AND AN OLD KEY WHICH I WILL POST A LITTLE LATER . THANKS
