Rare 50 cent piece found

Just found out the value of the 50cent piece I found last week.
in G condition it is worth $200
mine is a little tarnished but I'm sure its better than a G
its Highest is $8,000
their were only 44,000 of them made.
I found it at a homestead long gone
it was built in the 1890s and torn down in the 70s.
the property is owned by the Government now.
I dug it from 7" down and it was a great signal.
