1835 Large Cent & C1820-1832 Lewis & Tomes Gilt Button

Hit the field today where last week I found the very corroded 1834 English Copper. This is also the field where I found the 1877 Seated Half, the 1877 Seated Quarter, and the 1737 King George II Copper back in November. It has also given up three or four large cents and a few Indian Heads over the past two years. Anyway, dug a very iffy 1/4 bar quarter reading and came up with this 1835 Large Cent. Its also a bit corroded, but still good enough for the case. Also found a circa 1820-1832 Lewis & Tomes button with a lot of gilt remaining.

Bookfisher, congrats on another large cent. You are pretty good at finding those coppers.

Book,
Great finds. Congrats on the LC. That button is no spring chicken either. I think of all the buttons I've found, I only have one Lewis & Tomes. Sounds like that spot has been very good to you.
