My First Cache! What a doosie! ** PIC UPDATE 4/1 **

Nana and I went to the old coal mining town today. We started at the old ballpark and the first thing Nana digs is a silver rosie! Got us pumped up but after about an hour of nothing but fence pieces I say...let's go into town. So we head to an empty lot between two houses in town.





We headed to the back side of the lot and after just a few minutes I see these dolls under an old tree. I climb under the privets and started pulling out dolls, a toy trolley then see this bowl of marbles. I holler for Donna to come over and about that time I pulled out a tin...the lid came off and more marbles! All of this stuff was sitting on top of the ground or just barely covered in dirt.
There were toy tanks, cars, jewelry, flatware, marbles, play money, compacts.....





I haven't had time to clean it all up but here it is....
















We had a great day! Thanks for looking!

OH no, Noodle! She found all that stuff fair and square!

This has to be one of the best times we've had hunting, so far! We pulled up to the lot, got out, and weren't there fifteen minutes and I hear her say, "AWWW, baby dolls!" And I say, "Awww...that's cool!" Then about twenty seconds later I hear her yell, "Oh my God! Get over here and look at all this stuff!!" We spent the next two hours crawling around on our hands and knees under the privet pulling stuff out of the ground! Gosh, that was FUN! I am so proud for you girl!!!

Now thats my kinda cache ... totally awesome Digger, I love all the marbles..even the white bowl..and the cameo ( hold that baby up to a light bulb, see if its a real cameo, see if its cracked and see if its signed on the back by the carver..usually they carved their initials in em on the back.. and the cuff bracelet, is that turquoise in that baby, it may be sterling.. What a totally awesome day you had.. you lucky lucky dog...
