You need to use a program and reduce the size, or maybe less pixels. I just went through the same thing I used the paint program.

Hello Lostfinder,
Welcome.

Try Picasa2 from Google. Freeware and easy to use for picture sizing. Open the pic and use "Export" and select 800 or 640 to down size.
Also has an easy "Crop" feature to zoom in.
