Silver Park in quest of gold.

I'm off for a couple days so I decided to try my luck back at Silver Park today. Running low disc pretty much digging it all. I did find a 7" deep 1961 quarter to go along with the 1963 I found yesterday at a different park. Pulltabicus maximus. I did'nt notice the writing on the P Slocom thing until I got home. Anyone have any idea what it's from? Thanks.
