1800's Dr.s house.....yes I did!

My daughter and I went to the old Dr's house today. We didn't find any coins but we did find lots of other stuff...an old horse bit, an old saw, some nails, a bullet, a "slug", an old file, a piece of a bean pot, and several other things. We spent the first two hours moving some huge rocks (going up the the front of the house...they were the steps). Under those rocks was the thing in the bottom left hand side...we aren't sure what it is. Really cool though. We can't wait to go back!

LOL - I hear you neighbor! "Do you want a coke? What kind of coke do you want?" :D

Keep at it Nana. There's some old coins there, just don't swing your coil too fast and they will sound off.

When I lived in Wisconsin we called it "Pop", then moved to NYC and everyone called it "Soda".? In Wisconsin the water cooler was a "Bubbler" and in NYC it was a "Drinking fountain". Had to learn a new language everytime we moved. By the way, doctors didn't deal with petty coinage, they took dollar bills. ;D
