    UPDATE: The copper token certainly says "AGRICULTURE AND COMMERCE" on one side--and it appears that there is a floral motif on that side as well. The other side we can't tell much about--several letters here and there, but not much in the way of consecutive ones.

    Here's a better photo or two of the 2 center cleaned up. Still pretty crusty on the front, but the reverse turned out better:
