DIRT PILE GIVES UP SILVER

Went out this morning to a park and only found about 16 Penney's was not having much luck and then i saw 5 loam piles out of the conner of my eye's the first hit was a wheat then came the silver dime i would scrape about 3" of at a time found sum more wheat's ,a quarter and a Lincoln.i hit only 1 pile so far i will bring a shovel with me tomorrow.i have no idea where these piles came from but man i wish i new

Nice finds!! Learned the same thing from my brother. While i hunted where an old house had been demolished, and found next to nothing. He detected a 3 ft pile of dirt way off in the corner of the lot, and came back with 3 silvers and a couple of indian heads. 1 was a standing liberty quarter. Good job HH
