Hi all!Well yesterday was my birthday as well as fathers day.I got a new scoop at Reillys Treasured Gold in Pompano.Nothing as expensive as the one lonewolfe lost or had stolen.But it sure beats the homemade screen thing i've been using since my last one broke.Managed to detect a city park first,then went to the beach.It was a great day,until the rain came!Between the 2 areas I managed to find 55 coins,2 being foriegn,1 of those had tiny holes drlled in it for use as a pendant or charm.Hard to tell what kind of coin but it is silver,that was my best single find of the day.I also found a frat or sorority pin,1 british? new pence with a 5 on it dated 1977,a metal spur looking thing,It's not a spur though(too small and pretty new),1 flat piece of steel with a hole in it,and a copper grounding conduit(or something like that.The coins are all clad and are as follows:4 quarters,9 dimes,3 nickels and 37 pennies.All in all a pretty good day for me.Heres a couple pics;
