I'm very pleased :icon_sunny: to post my 1st Gold Ring of 2008! It's 14k white gold with 13 small diamonds. It has an inscription with a 1965 date. I blurred out the inscription so I can try to return this ring unhampered.

This was a beach find in dry sand about 4" deep. It was a weak nickel signal. In the past few weeks I've concentrated on the nickel/pulltab signal and dug up many nickels and pulltabs. I'd estimate at least 300 hits in 3 weeks about 30% were nickels.

The other ring is 'just' a 925 Silver I got 2 days ago on the same beach. I was pretty elated. I've been making a large effort and trying hard to be patient. Clad just doesn't cut it anymore ... but of course I do keep it for battery money.

HH Joe

Rings are good, gold and silver ones are great, but sentimental ones are priceless. Good luck returning it.
