My brother and I went to an older looking park today hoping to score some old coins. Unfortunately we didn't find any so we decided to head up to the little woodchip area before we left. After hitting the woodchip area for a while we were starting to walk towards the car, and I almost turned my detector off, but I decided to keep swinging. Near the edge of the woodchip area I found this wheatie about an inch down. It was totally unexpected, and I still can't believe it. Anyways my brother found the earing which is silver so it was a fun day. HH

I've heard of several guys on here finding good coins while heading back to their cars after swinging and hit a big one. I always leave mine on while walking towards the car. I may not be swinging but it's searching. Your doing fine.
