Left early this morning to hunt an old tree in the middle of town, Got stormed on.

Went back out about a couple of hours ago and hit up the football field (pee-wee) and came up with these finds.

Oldest was a 1951 wheatie and a 1965 quarter.

I found these star wars people hanging by a tree waiting for Luke skywalker I guess.

This ring I found last week but didn't post it. It was along the edge of my local creek, It reads 18k heavy gold "electroplated". It was almost another good ring this month.

Also kind of weird, I have been finding quite a few spent casings at the parks and now the pee wee football field. ???

Nice finds!

Keep in mind that '65 quarters are still very common in circulation today, and are still frequently being lost today as well. Don't necessarily assume that finding 1965 quarters means you are close to finding silver-you might be-but as stated, you're just as likely to find a 1965 quarter today as you are to find a statehood quarter. Keep up the great work and enthusiasm!
