Howdy folks.

This morning I went to the girls soft ball complex and didn’t
take long to get restless.

I decided to go to MC Arthur Park. It’s about the oldest park
in Little Rock.

On the way I took a photo of the Clinton Library. And, No
it’s not a warehouse. lol

Made it to the park. Here’s a photo of McArthur Museum.

If you turn around and see this:

Also, in the park is a playground. This is what I hunted
today.

I hunted this tot lot in November of 2007. I didn’t find that
much then. I didn’t really expect to find much today, But I
keep tabs on all my tot lots.

I hunted until I was hot and sweaty and all the shade was
gone. The hunt had gone much like the last one here. All
I found was an ear ring and a little clad.

But just then up comes this 10k gold wedding band. I was
shocked. That was the last thing I expected. Cowabonga!!!

I guess I’m going to have to stop saying that tot lots are
not good places to find gold rings.

This is the fourth gold ring I have found in a tot lot. That
makes eleven gold rings in 2008 and sixteen in for a life
time total.

The Catholic school across the street uses this park as a
playground because the school doesn’t have room for one.
I asked at the school if a nun or teacher may have lost it. It
has initials on the inside. They took my name and number
in case anyone reports it lost.

All I can do is try.

Thanks for lOOking and Happy Hunting,

Tabdog

Well done on finding the ring and then trying to find the owner!! Can you imagine how sick the women and men feel when they realize they lost their wedding bands? It's sad to think about. In a way I want you to be able to keep it and in a way I hope the loser contacts you. Oh well what is one to do but like you did and I commend you for that!!!! HH Tom

Love it! I never have any luck in tot lots, but haven't found any yet near me that are sand - they are all wood chips.

Nice ring!

Nice ring!

80% of my Tot Lots are wood chips......found several keepers there including 3 gold and diamond rings. It's not always about what the kids loose, it's what the adults loose playing with the kids!

Congrats of a nice find!

Moon
