Steve, nice finds and congrats on that ring!!

Your whatsit might be a lead hem weight for the bottom of a dress or curtain.

That number could refer to it's size/weight. . . I found one similar out in the woods
the other day that was slightly smaller and had a number "1" stamped on one side.

good id watercolor,also could be a civil war era frock coat weight used to weight down the corners of the coat

Any markings on the inside of that ring? It definitely looks like gold and maybe the stone's real too.

That ring looks good and OLD. Definitely have it checked out.

The little weight is indeed a hem weight for a woman's dress.

I had the ring looked at by a jeweler and it was real. 10k with 7 tiny diamonds he said it was worth about a $100 dollars but i am going to let someone else take a look. Thanks Steve
