Today's Old Church ball field finds, cool lock & gold ring :)

Went to an old ball field behind a church today. Pretty old area where a railroad once passed through.
Found this cool old Champion lock. I'd like to see what the key would look like? It doesn't turn in the lock?
Also a nice 14K ring. Clad, old Sunoco car coin (remember them), Beer whatsit? and such.....

Real nice ring! I had those Sunoco coins in a holder but never got them all. Congrats on some cool finds!

Is the lock a railroad lock?

Here's what a Champion key looks like. You can see it has the cuts on the end of the key, not the sides, like a regular key. If the lock weren't broken and the innards were good a locksmith could make you a new key for it pretty easily.

Nice finds there Brian!

The ring is nice, but that lock does it for me. They sure don't make 'em like that any more.
I'd definitely hammer that ball field again if I was you.

Thanks - I couldn't find a pic with the key.
