Todays Hunt
Found my first Seated Half Dollar 1857. To bad it has a hole.
Also found an 1844 Large cent, 1700's Irish Copper, 1864 Indian, 1884 Indian and the best coin of the day is the 1872 Indian.

Re: Todays Hunt
Great finds! That's the kind of stuff I wanted to be digging today. That half looks like someone hammered a cut nail through it by the shape of the hole.
Happy Hunting,

Re: Todays Hunt
The holes weren't usually put in by someone who had it "in" for women; they put the holes in them so their women could wear them on a bracelet or around their necks. Great finds!
No way,,, more twisted wire ?
