1865 Shoe Buckle.
Found this shoe buckle today. It has the date Oct. 31, 1865 EUREKA. PBK helped to ID it. It intacked and the hinge still works. First shoe buckle Iv'e found that is complete.

I don't think so. If you check out the link I posted you will see that it was pattented in Boston Mass Suffolk county.
