1832 Capped Half
The mild weather was calling me today. I hit one of my favorite spots and I am glad I did! Look what was staring me in the face!

Great coin find. Those things are harder to find than hens teeth. I think it's value is about $100.00

LOL I know what you mean! Actually it was down about 3-4" in a tall grassy area. This is a 1st for me..that's for sure!

That is a very sweet find indeed !!! - I too am an MXT guy , did that give you a VDI of 88/90

Congrats Rick, that coin is in awesome shape! Wish i was there to see you recover it. Who knows what other treasures are still in that field.
Maybe somewhere here can help you identify if you have the small letter or large letter variety.
