Awesome finds! I know what you mean about getting out alone in the woods. Its necessary for sanity. I love that site. Looking at the photos you can almost see the buildings and hear the people.

Nice digs Blaze, Looks like you got a 1781 irish halfpenny,sorta like this one I dug my first year.They were produced 1774-1776,& 1781-1782 yours looks like the common date of 1781. http://www.coins.nd.edu/ColCoin/ColC...hCopper.2.html

Pete your right i can see the 8 at the beginning now
It seems my crown is on an angle unlike all the other ones i see are straight up and down on top

Great finds! That pesky 3c piece is still on my list after 20 years of diggin.
I don't see a blowhole button there in your finds. I do see a two-piece ball button there though. Blowholes were one-piece I thought, with two holes in the back. Ball buttons are two piece.
