    Cotton Pick'n Ring

    I found this ring in central Marlboro Co. SC on Sat. I think it was used by slaves/sharecroppers for picking cotton but I'm just not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Greetings and welcome to the forum.

    I think your ring is actually the finger-hold off of an older candlestick, similar to the one shown here:
