    Missouri Pacific Railway Lock

    Found this at a local park Does anyone have an idea of the age of this lock

    Very nice lock! If I had to guess, I would say early to mid 1900's Nice find

    It's for sure early...because it's a piece of art! Awesome lock. They just don't make things like that anymore.

    Beautiful lock Go check out (antique-padlocks.com) then click on ,"railroad padlocks" then "Missouri pacific" ,scroll down a little bit and there is a picture of your lock that is in the Frank Kidd collection,,,, Oh yeah it is # 31. Congrats on a great find,,just love the RR locks !!!

    WOW!!!!! That lock is in excellent condition! Did you clean it, or did it come out of the ground that way? That is one great railroad relic! BIG CONGRATS!!!!!
