2 Cents twice is nice...

Hey everyone,

I hit a mill site yesterday and got a whisper of a signal coming from under a log. I removed the log and the signal was loud and clear, flipped a plug and scored two 2 cent coins! Also scored a fried fattie IHP and a couple run of the mill (no pun intended) buckles. Here's a scanner photo of the 2centers, thanks for looking and HH!

FYI~ One of the coins has a crooked strike on the date side, unfortunately this is common and doesn't increase the value much at all.

I looked closely at the date and I think what happened was there was a bit of petroleum still on the coin when I scanned it making the date look doubled. I might take it into my coin guy just to be sure though.
