Its just Rain

Thought of my day and a few others lately is why are so many people so afraid of The Rain? A few weeks ago it was a normal spring day, a little rain. So I go to wal mart and see people running around and waiting by the doors for theyre rides and it was just sprinkling no lightning or nothing and people are acting like were being attacked or something.

Today it was sprinkling again and at wal mart again but leaving so I put the car in reverse look behind me while backing up and no cars or people and I almost get the car as far back as I want and a young couple running thru the parking lot almost fall on the car and I have to hit my brake so I dont hit them. Its Just Rain whats wrong with these people?
