I`m so confused

OK, just heard this recently for the first time. Maybe its old and I`ve just lead a sheltered life. Today is this sort of day.

I`m so confused, I dont know if I`ve lost a horse or found a rope. hahahaha,,yeppers thats todays thought.

OK,,,are you messin with me? Just in case your not, I`m standin here with a rope in my hand,,,had there been a horse on the other end? Or have I just found a rope and picked it up. I`m too confused to remember. Oh my,,,now I`m getting more confused............................

Is there a tree nearby? Could be a clothesline that came down. Maybe just tie it back up??

Ya know,,,,,,,,,,,,,it coulda been a noose. I have those thoughts every now and then. My inner child is mean little SOB, and is always trying to get out and cause trouble. Mayyyyyyyyyyyyyyybe thats what my memory losses come from!! I`ll need to look closer at that. Noose or clothesline

A noose eh? I have some customers for that.

Hmm......It didn't have a rattle on the end did it? Never ever pick up a rope with a rattle on the end. Trust me, they hurt!

Maybe it had been a soap-on-a-rope,,,,,,be careful when you pick those up as well.

Kinda cool. You would be in the same boat with that feller who didn't know whether to sh*t or go blind, and I have no idea the meaning behind that one.
