I believe what you call a Heck Boy token is actually a Check Boy token; the "C" is ornately scripted from the left.The Mills Novelty Company of Chicago, Illinois was once a leading manufacturer of coin operated machines, including slot machines, vending machines, and jukeboxes, in the United States--including Check Boy machines. It's hayday was between the years 1907 and 1916. Here are two sites that shed more light on this company and its products.

Many thanks for the info, I checked the site & it sure looks like its from Chicago IL, an amusement type token. PC
